The brief:

Brand Identity & Website/Land Page Development

Tasked by a local property developer, the objective was to craft a straightforward brand identity for utilization on a website landing page. This landing page would serve as a showcase for a proposed development site, detailing its intended use and the amenities available to the community.


Given the site's history as an apricot orchard, the brand's colour palette pays homage to the vibrant orange hues of the fruit and the lush green mountains in the background. The overall branding conveys a warm and approachable feel, with carefully curated copy providing just enough detail. To bring the development to life, 3D renders were thoughtfully applied to the branding, enhancing the visual representation of the proposed project.
